CONS:

It's near a train track. I personally think it's soothing, but if trains bother you this might not be for you.

PRICE OF RENT: Mid $900's to $1100 at the most depending on the room (does not include utilities).

Pricing is based on the average rent for the surrounding area. Right now there are 3 possible bedrooms all of different sizes, so that is why the price is variable. I'm also down to negotiate price. If I can see that someone can clearly stand on their own 2 feet, but they need a bit of a break on pricing, I'm willing to negotiate.

MONETARY INCENTIVE:

I'm giving a $500 referral fee for this rental, pending the referral renter signs a contract for 1 year.
